MY EXPERIENCE
TAX AUDIT STAFF, WATAMPONE TAX OFFICE
August 2008 - June 2012
This is my first assignment after I graduated from State College of Accountancy (STAN / now is PKN STAN). My job is to assist the tax auditor with the administration including making a monthly substantial report to the higher regional office.
ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, WATAMPONE TAX OFFICE

After the promotion, my next position as an Account Representative is giving my a job desk to handle more than 3.000 accounts (individual, corporate, and treasurer) taxpayers administrations and consultation which is mainly focused on Government, Military, and Police Department Treasurer Account in Bone District, Sulawesi Selatan.

July 2014 - December 2015
Voluntarily joining open biding to assign at DGT Information and Complain Service Center "Kring Pajak 1500200" and start as an operational inbound agent to serve taxpayer who needs any information about taxation including Tax Law, services, and all tax application.

Promote to be a team leader of a small group of inbound agents. This responsibility consist of managing agent motivation, discipline, training, and maintaining their service quality.

A top tier division in Kring Pajak which has two responsibilities. Firstly as an Assessor who assesses agent sample record and generate a monthly quality report to the management. Secondly as a Service Consultant who assists the agent on the site when they need to consult about an unsolved case from the taxpayers.

STATE COLLEGE OF ACCOUNTANCY (STAN / NOW IS PKN STAN)
September 2005 - December 2008
It is a scholarship program from the Indonesia Ministry of Finance to create an expert practitioner of finance in the field of accounting, tax and budgeting. My diploma degree in taxation is consisted to build up my capability to become a tax practitioner who can serve the taxpayer as the DGT officer.
BSC ECONOMY INDONESIA OPEN UNIVERSITY
January 2012 - July 2014
To enrich my knowledge and skill as a tax officer, I continue my education from my diploma to a bachelor degree in economics. which I believe it will complete my knowledge of how to see taxation from a wider economic perspective. I hope with this knowledge, I can serve and make more contribution as a finance civil servant in Indonesia.

I have nine years of experience as a tax man in Directorate General of Taxes Indonesia. My skill sets are consist of tax rules knowledge of all Indonesia tax types, include how to administrate it. I also skilled in all DGT application know-how, including how to troubleshoot the error.
